Ian Burgess, Director, Medical and Open Access Publishing

Ian has over 19 years of experience in the publishing industry, both in his present position as a Director and previously in various editorial, production and publishing roles. He is responsible for Wolters Kluwer’s open access program and leads a publishing team based in the UK, the US, India and China. As part of our Senior Leadership Team, Ian has direct input into division-wide strategic initiatives and implementation plans.

Duncan A. MacRae, Director, Open Access, Editorial

Duncan MacRae currently serves as the Director, Open Access, Editorial for Wolters Kluwer. In this role, Duncan oversees the development and implementation of editorial policies for Wolters Kluwer and Medknow open access publications. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer in 2013, Duncan served as Managing Editor for Neurosurgery, the official publication of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, as Senior Manager, Editorial Operations for PriMed, a leading provider of continuing medical education, and Managing Editor for Brain Pathology, the official publication of the International Society of Neuropathology.

Tarryn Greenberg, Senior Publisher, Open Access

Tarryn comes to Wolters Kluwer Health from Cambridge University Press, where she served as a Senior Commissioning Editor for 4 years in their STM Publishing Group. Her experience in STM publishing spans many areas of the business, including, editorial, production, relationship building, acquisitions and launching new journals. Prior to joining CUP, Tarryn gained her publishing experience working for Future Science Group in various editorial positions.
